#unraid has just released their 7.2.0 os update and the number one thing, that I've been desperate for, finally launched. Freaking mobile responsive ui. Oh, and they have updates of drive type support, api access, pool drive upgrades and some other fun things too.

Nero MaplethorpeI hope they working on cluster and high availability
HexologistWish it worked on phone a bit more tbh. I rarely need to but I would like it
I just looked at NZB365 and that just released a pretty neat Unraid manager section, which is neat, but yeah, its better than it was but not amazing
stevoau7Sounds great.. but… I will wait until response / feedback is ok.
Noobzunraid would need to support port trunking and tagging in order to set the container to its own vlan. not sure if they added that or not, but hopefully that helps answer your question!
It does.
BigGreek19Ohhh this is awesome! I've been waiting for the API one! This is the first Unraid update that's released since I moved to it. Does it require it to be rebooted after the update?
Yup
BigGreek19Damn that's what I figured.... well it'll have to wait lol. Thanks for the super quick reply! 😊
Why can't you reboot?
BigGreek19It's a weird issue me and my buddy have been having. We both built Unraid servers over the last couple months. Issue is when we reboot sometimes Unraid won't actually boot and we have to manually reboot it a few times for it to actually boot. I usually have to move the USB to a different port before it'll boot. It's bizarre, but I avoid rebooting if I don't have to...
That makes sense, but it sounds like the usb key may have an issue, are you and your mate using the same brands?
BigGreek19Nah, we have the same MB/CPU/RAM because we both bought the same combo deal at Microcenter. But he's using a cheap Sandisk or Samsung one and I'm using a pretty pricey Kanguru flash drive. Both are USB 2.0 because that's what Unraid told us to use, and using the 2.0 slots on the MB.
Hmm, it's odd you're both having the same issues. I use the Kingston datatravellor and it's 0 issues. 2.0 is correct yeah.... Honestly I can't wait till they update again to let us boot from an ssd or NVMe..
BigGreek19Lord would I love to be able to boot from a damn nvme.
Can you imagine?? It's unheard of in technology, so the #unraid team would be breaking new ground if they did!! ;)
.hi
