It's got Drive, video calls, calendars, email, contacts, everything you could possibly want in a full system, but all self-hosted just for you. Apart from a server, something online accessible, an email service like #Purelymail , it's basically free.

JPit kept skipping through the new password entry prompt, so i just scrapped the entire app

Aero TechI still try to use tailscale for everything public facing. but using the UnRaid sidecar on nextcloud is complicated if at all possible. and I'm hesitant adding something as critical as pangolin when I haven't needed it so far and will depend on it so much.

Jan 25, 2026pangolin is only needed if you want to expose ports and control the server. if you're not using talk then tails ale or Cloudflare tunnels Nels will work.

Aero Techcould chat or talk work via tailscale funnel? I gather there are bandwidth limitations, but can't find firm data on it.
