@no_bgp came across my FYP today and it looks really interesting. It's an enterprise network solution for applications across differnt devices but, they are also supporting vibecoders and homelabbers! You can get it to run apt updates and upgrades across your entire network, you can have install apps, and more. I'm just touching the surface of what this can do but it's free and brand new!

Grumpy Bareman I am lost in this one and want to try it.. can you point to a good tut on this platform so a greenhorn can understand it? please
Grumpy BareI wish I could apprentice under you to learn
lol, just watch my videos!
idkwhat’s the practical use case for this in enterprise?
Giving private access across resources without having to play about with users and permissions. Create a trusted network and connect.
YerDaWow it’s kinda like n8n agent but already built for you , I wonder when network chuck will pick this up @NetworkChuck
focus9000Wouldn’t an Nvidia Jetson be more appropriate device for this?
takeitfreezykimi k2?
Not sure, I'm going to be testing this a bit with other llms, so I'm hoping to do more.
takeitfreezyGreat idea. atm I’m switching between Gemini and Claude, but the costs are eating me alive. 💸 I’d love a local solution for coding just to save some money.
Ditto, my fall back is gpt5. 1 codex but still... Costly. I honestly can't wait till we have the ability to be running these types of models at home, without needing $150,000 of hardwar
viral.agentAny alternative solution that can use ollama instead of Chatgpt? To make everything local not dependent on the external resources?
noBGPIf you’re LLM can connect to an external MCP, you can use the noBGP piece. But noBGP isn’t self host able (unless you are a big enterprise hosting your own instance of noBGP).
viral.agentThanks for your reply. 🥰 It would be great to provide the option to set a local ollama or similar for the start.
funstuieI wonder if this would work on a proxmox cluster
Maybe, if you set it up in a docker and configure that docker container to have access then it "may" work
Davin OishiI haven’t tried a proxmox cluster, but some enterprises have setup Swift. I would imagine the setups would be similar.
It's a project I want to do one day
noBGPthanks for making this walk through and sharing. Let us know if we can help in anyway.
It's a great tool!
beansI need this for proxmox now 😂 Claude already does half the work for me
RobinBanksGoogle Gemini and Claude are way batter than gpt 👍
The First LordDoes this only work for raspberry pie? Can you run it in postman lxc. Can you use pi os as a vm to get it working or would it run through Debian? would like to test it. Also what's the port security like with this over, say, a cloudflare tunnel with a Google authorization? The cost for a pi where I live is way too high. I can get mini computers with a n150 for the same cost. All mine are running proxmox. Really like the idea of an agent to manage it all for me. Currently have a vsc agent project set up for this exact thing. Significantly more simple to tell an agent to send the commands then myself having to do it.
Honestly not sure, I will run in a docker container I do know. Hoping the @no_bgp team will see and maybe be able to answer.
noBGPThe agents will run on any Linux device.
The First LordI know what I'm playing with this weekend. Thank you for answering
Ditto
RAIDER_This is very interesting thank you
I know right!
Rob2079🇨🇦Okay that's pretty darn cool. I have tunnels from CloudFlare setup but I'm going to have to investigate this!
I know right, just getting it to make public urls on docker containers and that's all you use it for, that's still worth it
memepruhbiggest crime is using light mode 🤣
memepruhI guess it's better for for videos
How dare you. Dark mode is balls. Light mode is best.
It's better for life. 😁😁😁
memepruhhaha each to there own I guess, love your vids tho
🥰🥰🥰 LOL, and thanks.
noBGPWe’ll look at adding dark mode
memepruhI was just kidding 🙂 but nice!!
noBGPUpdate: Our dashboard app turns to dark mode with the system setting. So already there for anyone that wants it.
Speedy
Old Man Stevenvery interesting, thanks for sharing!
Yeah on first play its really cool, going to spend more time with it I think
J4CKM0NGenuine question why are you proud to be a vibecoder?
Ryanit's imagination becoming reality
memepruhthe future is now old man
JasonThere's a huge difference between vibecoding with no programming experience, and using Ai as a tool to speed up your coding. Unless you can type 1000wpm, it's kinda silly to not use every tool available to you.
