I was on a call with my boss today and he was having some internet connectivity problems. Flaky internet, constantly dropping out, that sort of thing. We spoke for for a little while about options on how he can make his internet more stable, so in the interest of sharing knowledge I decided to make a video where I talk about using #speedify for internet bonding or using a failover Gateway to connect two different internet connections that you can use on your home network.

techno_nerd007Nice! I don’t have an always on secondary connection - I’m too cheap for that. I have gb fiber, then a gli-net travel router plugged into my UDM-Pro. In the event, I use my second cell phone as a hotspot over the wire to the usb on the gli. I get 5gUW so speed it good.
That's a great idea, hotspot the router to your phone.. Smart!
brändoany more recommendations for simple sim modem devices? just need something for 1-2x/year, with minimal transition effort.. (that usb couldn’t plug into the fiber modem, could it?!)
honestly any of the USB - Sim modems you get are going to work. The idea is you have them both connected and the software does the rest.
